This two-tier program is specifically designed for the professional who has lost track of effective exercise and healthy eating. Have years of going out for lunch caught up to you? Initial Consultation

Let us get to know you. When you share your habits, strengths, and weakness, we can tailor a program to fit your goals. Included is a body composition analysis, which is monitored monthly.

Weight Management / Nutrition (Included with program)

Our nutrition plan will give you the tools needed to make the right decisions about what to eat. We’ll help you understand your body, what to eat, when to eat, and how to track it all. The best part is that this service is FREE when you choose either 12 Week Transformation Program.

StrongBoard BURN

High-intensity, total-body workout incorporating StrongBoard, your own body-weight, push-ups, bur-pees, squats, lunges, and more! Do you have what it takes?


Introduce your body to the TRX suspension system, mixed with core exercises and cardio.

TRX suspension plus StrongBoard for an advanced ab and total body workout. A true challenge.


High-intensity cardio using jump ropes, rowers, spin bikes, step-ups; plus core exercises on the floor and with other modalities.

Strongboard Plus

You will learn balance control while strengthening with weights on StrongBoard.

Designed to complement and intensify users’ favorite workout routines, StrongBoard’s patented ‘multi-spring technology’ provides full-body fitness to increase muscle activation and calorie burn. As a portable and electricity-free balance board, it allows users to train using their own body weight for resistance during full-motion exercises.

Our Trainers




Anthony had his own transformation journey a few years ago.  He incorporated cardio type activity along with changing up his food and recipes to those that were more conducive to a healthy lifestyle.  Later, he added resistant training to increase his muscle mass.



Tammy lost 60 plus pounds after training with a trainer in 1999.  That trainer encouraged her to become a trainer herself.  Relating to clients struggles is easy, as she  has been there herself with hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue and cortisol issues all which affect a persons fitness goals.  Tammy’s experiences and research are one of her assets.

We work and play together as a team.  We bring a positive, fun loving, enthusiastic, goofy, persona to IFS Studio daily.  We will make you work hard for sure, but we will all laugh and cry together as we take you on your fitness journey.

We train a variety of fitness levels from beginners to the most advanced athletes.  We have a variety of certifications for different populations:
